Main conditions of the MonPortailCSE subscription.
This contract defines the conditions under which MonPortailCSE provides the Client with an online software platform intended for the management and communication of its organization.
The applicable services, options, volumes and prices are those appearing in the “Services subscribed” table. They are frozen on the date of signature of this contract.
The contract takes effect on the date of signature. The subscription is concluded according to the indicated billing cycle and is tacitly renewed, unless terminated under the applicable contractual conditions.
The recurring amount is billed according to the billing cycle chosen by the Customer, monthly or annual. The method of payment provided for in this contract is: SEPA direct debit .
The Customer's data remains their property. MonPortailCSE implements the technical and organizational measures necessary for their protection as part of the service provided.
The platform may be subject to improvements, updates and maintenance operations. Changes substantially modifying the pricing conditions will be subject to information or a new agreement.
Termination puts an end to the services according to the conditions and deadlines applicable to the subscribed cycle. Amounts already due remain due.
Validation of the form below constitutes electronic signature of this contract. Date, time, IP address and browser information are recorded as proof.
