🏦 SEPA direct debit mandate

By signing this mandate form, the debtor authorizes Gwadeyes Informatique / MonPortailCSE to send instructions to his bank to debit his account, and authorizes his bank to debit his account in accordance with the instructions received.

The debtor benefits from a right to reimbursement by his bank according to the conditions described in the agreement concluded with it. A refund request must be submitted within eight weeks of the account debit date for an authorized withdrawal.
